Frequently Asked Questions

Before scheduling a donation pickup we ask that you only donate items that you would feel excited to find at our sale.  As a general rule, we're looking for items that are in resale condition rather than garage sale or thrift store donation quality.  If you wouldn't purchase the items for your child, it's probably not the right fit for this event.

Here are a few guidelines:

Infant, children's and junior clothing

Toys, books, baby gear, shoes, room decor and other children's items

Clothing should be freshly washed and in excellent condition-no stains, holes, rips, excessive wear, or missing buttons/snaps.

Please do not include event-specific clothing (race shirts, vacation shirts, vbs etc)

Toys should be clean, in working order ( with batteries included if needed) and have all pieces and parts.

Items should be free of pet hair, strong odors, mold, or other damage.

As a reminder, you will be entered into our $100 gift card drawing and will receive access to our early shopping hours (Wednesday September 23rd 4:30-7)

Yes, there is a $25 fee for all sellers. This fee is reduced to $15 if you volunteer for one shift. This fee is waived entirely if you work two shifts or a double shift.

Then if you work we will add it back into your check at the end!

Work times and check in times are chosen through your registered seller account here. If you would like a friend to work with you, email totsnteensconsignment@gmail.com and indicate your friend’s name and your shift. 

If you would like to volunteer only set up an account through myconsignmentmanager and choose a work shift that is suitable to your schedule.

Most dry cleaners will give you hangers for free. 

Also, you might ask family or friends who use dry cleaning services to hold on to their hangers for you.

Additional supplies you will want handy: scissors, packing tape, safety pins of different sizes, ziplock bags & card stock paper.

You have until midnight the Monday evening of sale week to enter, transfer or change items in the system. After that you can print tags ONLY. Once the sale is locked you cannot transfer, enter or change items. DO NOT handwrite on tags to make changes as they CANNOT be recognized by the scanners. To avoid needing  a print code LOGIN to your account here.

Saturday from 4:00-5:00 PM. Anything remaining after 5:00 PM will be donated to a local charity. You can pick up your check at inventory pick up or you can pre-arrange for your check to be mailed to you the following week.
